Welcome to The Dreamtime website, a service of Dreamtime. Please read this Website Visitor Agreement; by using this website and/or product(s) and/or service(s), you agree to its terms.

The Dreamtime website is a service of Dreamtime (a company doing business in the State of Indiana). Any and all references to The Dreamtime also apply to Dreamtime, the business.

The Web is an evolving medium; we may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the website and/or service(s) and/or product(s) after we post any such changes, you accept the Visitor Agreement, as modified. We may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this service or any portion of the service(s) and/or product(s) at any time.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We never share email addresses or any account information with any third parties unless required by law.

If you disagree with any material you find on our service, we suggest that you respond by noting your disagreement in an appropriate forum. We invite you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be factually inaccurate. The information that appears on The Dreamtime is presented to provide a general consumer understanding of the topics that are discussed. The information is compiled from a variety of sources "Information Providers", including, but not limited to, Reuters, UPI, Ode, Tufts University Health Newsletter, ISyndicate News sources, and InteliHealth.

The material that appears on The Dreamtime is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. CHAT ROOMS, FORUMS AND RATINGS/REVIEWS

• The Dreamtime wants to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. But we cannot and do not review every posting made in the chat rooms, forums, ratings/review areas and other public posting areas. You may well read any given posting before anyone on The Dreamtime staff does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than The Dreamtime. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity or "expert" guest. There is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.

• Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas on The Dreamtime lies with each user -- you alone are responsible for material you post. • Although The Dreamtime cannot monitor all the postings in the chat rooms, forums, and other public areas, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review private electronic messages that are not addressed to The Dreamtime. However, we will comply with the requirements of the law regarding disclosure of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies.

• The Dreamtime expects that you will not use the service to violate anyone's rights in copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. By submitting material to The Dreamtime, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. Submitting material that is the property of another without the specific consent of its owner, is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• No soliciting. You agree not to use The Dreamtime to advertise or to solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written approval.

• No spamming. From time to time, users post their email addresses in our chat rooms forums, and other public posting areas. You agree not to gather these email addresses for purposes of spamming.

• All material you submit to any of our chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas becomes the property of The Dreamtime and may be reproduced, modified, and distributed as we see fit in any medium and for any purpose. User warrants that all moral rights in any uploaded material have been waived.

  COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

  The Internet allows people throughout the world to share valuable information, ideas, and creative works. To ensure continued open access to such materials, we all need to protect the rights of those who share their creations with us.

• Although we make The Dreamtime freely accessible, we don't intend to give up our rights, or anyone else's rights, to the materials appearing on the service. The materials available through The Dreamtime are the property of The Dreamtime or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. MISCELLANEOUS The Dreamtime staff does it's best to ensure that information that we post to The Dreamtime is both timely and accurate. But the news changes over time and reports that were accurate when posted quickly become old news. Though we may post follow-up reports, and may continue to provide access to the original report, as in an archive of news stories, for example, we don't go back and change the original report to reflect new developments. If you are looking for the most recent information on a given subject, be sure that you're not looking at an out of date report.

To obtain access to certain services on our site, you may be given an opportunity to register with the The Dreamtime. As part of any such registration process, you will select a user name (and/or a password). You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, or attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. The Dreamtime reserves the right to reject or terminate any user name that, in its judgment, it deems offensive. Please inform The Dreamtime if there is a change in the information you provided at the time of your initial registration, including any change of address or name, by returning to the registration screens (and or update forms) and resubmitting an updated information form.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Dreamtime, its owner, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any violation of this Visitor Agreement or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing The Dreamtime using your account.

This Visitor Agreement has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of this website or any other of The Dreamtime Sites.

In the event that any portion of this Visitor Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other portion of this Visitor Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not part of the Visitor Agreement.
