    If you did not receive your reading, please BE CERTAIN you have tried to locate it using the steps below first, before sending a contact request.

  1. 1.) Check your Junk Mail folder (as 99% of our questions are about your reading that is waiting for you in your Junk Mailbox).   2. 2.) Double check that you have setup a 'Filter' to force your Email provider to deliver ALL Email from TheDreamtime.com. You can do this by making sure that you have followed ALL of our 'Whitelisting' instructions to setup the proper filters at your Email provider. In our current times (2016) a filter MUST be setup (just adding us to your address book does not work most of the time - you have to setup a filter). Every Email provider (AOL, HotMail, Google GMail, Yahoo, etc, etc) will block, or not allow you to receive your readings from us, because they contact large attached files (and they are not similar at all to other email messages that you may receive from us - such as newsletters, promotions, etc).

    If you are contacting us about NOT receiving your reading(s), AND you can say that you have completed BOTH of the steps above and you still cannot locate your reading(s), and it has been longer than 48 hours, then use the form below to contact us.
