There is no Lunar Eclipse on the 7th, there is a Full Moon on that day.
The meaning of the Lunar Eclipse is as follows:

The emotions may be overly sensitive at this time, there may be considerable upsets and other emotional issues arise at this time. I just want to say that there are some mistakes on your website. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, Libra is ruled by Venus, Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and Pisces is ruled by Neptune. You might want to make those changes.
