Names NumerologyPlease read below for further details on your names in Numerology and to find
out more about how and why Numerology works and how your names at birth have a direct affect on your
life. Numerology is a very exact science. As you come to feel and experience true vibrational
effects of numbers in your life (and in your names numerology), you will quickly see how accurate and
powerful this divination method is.
I believe that the real reason for this lies in the ancient history of
Numerology which most claim started with Pythagoras (I will show you shortly why this is NOT true). As a
professional Numerologist I will guide you through what I feel are very important discussions and
explanations that will modernize, this once ancient practice of divination called
'Numerology'.

Ancient writing from Crete
The basic principles of Numerology indicate that every number in your
birthdate, and every letter in your name (which is converted into a number) hold a specific vibration.
Analysis of these numbers provides insights into many different aspects of your life. This enhanced self
knowledge allows you to own your strengths and work with them. By Acknowledging your weaknesses you free
yourself from attempting to participate in arenas where your natural skills are of little benefit. This
knowledge can help you free yourself from projected limitations and directs you towards self knowledge and
most importantly self empowerment. Many of these principles are based on the Hebrew Kabbalah and the ancient
Judaic system of giving values to letters which is known as Gematria.
The form of Gematria that we use to calculate your numeric vibrations is
called the Pythagorean method. It is one of many methods which can be used (see Numerology's History and
Calculate Numerology Methods for more information). The
Pythagorean method indicates each letter with the following Numeric Values:

From the table above you can look up any letter and see the value assigned to
that letter for each one. Note that the values of the letters are assigned 'serially' (sequentially), which
means one after another.
How does it work?
Some numerologists may use different values for each number, based on
Babylonian or on the Hebrew sounds of each letter. My studies here have shown me that these methods are not
as appropriate as using the values above which are sometimes called the 'English Cabalah'. William Eisner, An
author and numerologist spent a considerable amount of time proving that this method of valuing the letters
is the best to use when trying to work with the modern letters in our English alphabet. Foreign language
methods have also shown this to be true, since the values assigned to the foreign language alphabets work
best when they are numbered sequentially (serially) for the specific alphabet being used (for example
Norweigian or Icelandic, etc.) as we have done above.
