TheDreamtime.com Affiliate Promotion Terms & Conditions

Read carefully the terms & conditions before joining this affilate program. You agree that you are NOT allowed to do some things on this list (the first 5 items). If you violate the terms & conditions (by doing any of the first 5 items on the list, or not following the rules on the other items) you may be terminated from the program and you agree that any commissions earned to that point will be forfeited without recourse, so please promote TheDreamtime.com and our products responsibly. If you have queestions about any promotion technique or tactic, you may contact us at any time (contact: brett@thedreamtime.com) and ask for permission to use that technique - we are open to responsible marketing and we will usually agree to let you do the same:

1. You are NOT permitted to conduct email promotions in a 3rd party system. All email contacts MUST absolutely be your OWN opt in email list (with proof of opt-in indicated by either IP address or date/time of contact).  Use of safe lists spam or purchased/or automatically gathered eamil addresses or any similar email address collection system is not allowed.Solo ads (in newsletters or from mailing lists) can be purchased and used only after approval from TheDreamtime.com (contact: brett@thedreamtime.com).

2. You must NOT run "negative" PPC, Social Media (facebook, twitter, etc) or Iframe domain campaigns such as "Product name / astrologer name scam" campaigns, or any other method to attract controversial click thru rates that anyone would deem to portray a negative view of the product or author of the product (astrologer, numerologist, or tarot reader). This creates a bad image for our company and for the individuals and authors featured in the products.

3. You cannot earn commission on your own purchase.  Any 'self' purchase commission will be nullified. You need 2 sales before commissions are paid and a minimum of $25 to trigger your first payment.

4. Qualified leads are unique customers who fill out the opt in form themselves with valid information (single opt-in is valid, as well as double opt-in). We will expressly deny or modify prizes, or commissions based on lead quality. Activities of Fraud will lead to further actions.

5. You are not permitted to use any domain names containing the words TheDreamtime, DreamPublishers or Brett Simpson unless prior approval has been received from TheDreamtime.com (contact: brett@thedreamtime.com). 

6. You should avoid using the raw affiliate link. All affiliates are encouraged to utilize redirect links(or cloaked/encrypted links) in emails and website campaigns and not the direct affiliate link you will receive. This increases conversions for both of us. You are urged to use a tracking system such as AdTrackz (http://www.adtrackz.com) to cloak or hide your affiliate information.

Things you CAN do (subject to change without notice - please check regularly)

7. PPC campaigners may bid on any keywords including the product names and author names as long as you agree that these trademarks and product names are the property of TheDreamtime.com and you are only using them under agreement. This agreement maybe revoked at any time. Make sure all campaigns abide by point number 2.

8. iFrames, review sites and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not contain offensive or negative domain URLs.

Conditions and Affiliate Payment Requirments

9. NOTE to ALL affiliates: we use PayPeopleOnline.com to make payments directly to your PayPal account. PayPeopleOnline.com ensures us that you are documenting and entering the payments you receive to your proper taxing authorities. It documents your tax information and gives us a record of payments made to you for our own tax purposes (electronic W9/1099). NOTE to UK affiliates. Some Affiliate Commission is VAT Inclusive and you may be required to provide a Tax Invoice prior to receiving payments.

10. Affiliate payments to qualifying affiliates (see above) are made on a monthly basis (on the 4th day of the month, for the previous month). Our guarantee is for 1 entire year, so be aware that previous commissions may be revoked (using 'future clawbacks') if it is found that products are returned on a regular basis originating from your account.  Note: we may not enforce clawbacks (witholding current payouts until previous refunds are allocated from your account, unless it becomes a problem: indicated by either 1. a high percentage of refunds due compared to your sales, or 2. your refund rate greatly exceeds our normal return rate, which is well below 1%).  We also take all necessary actions to offer replacement readings for refund requests, so 'future clawbacks' may not ever show up on your payment invoice.

In order to get paid, you will need a Free PayPal.com account and a Free PayPeopleOnline.com Account. Note: You will Not get paid commissions unless you have these accounts. PayPal.com allows you to receive cash by email. PayPeopleOnline.com allows The Dreamtime, to keep proper tax records. These services take a small nominal service fee (published at the site) for the convenience for their service to allow rapid payment. Take the time now to join to ensure you get paid.
